What does the free trial include?
The free trial gives you full access to the database for a limited period, with no card required. Search the data, run filters and use the dashboard. At the end of the trial we will contact you to set up your annual plan.
Are plans billed annually?
Yes. Every plan is a 12-month subscription, paid upfront. Prices are shown per month so they are easy to compare, but the full year is charged at checkout.
How do the add-ons work?
Add-ons are extra project stages on top of the Upcoming to Contract Award coverage. Under Construction adds every storage project being built. Completed adds operational projects with as-built figures. Add-on prices are shown per month and charged for the full year with your plan. Choose Global on any plan to get every stage.
Can I change my plan during the year?
Yes. You can add a stage or move up to Global at any time and we will prorate the difference. A move to a smaller plan starts at the end of your current year. Email info@batterystorageprojects.com to arrange a change.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards and other methods offered by Razorpay, our payment partner. Bank transfer and invoices are available on request; contact us to arrange it.
Is there a refund policy?
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once access is activated, so we recommend starting with the free trial.
What is target company tracking?
Pin developers, integrators, EPCs or suppliers and get an alert whenever a new project, contract award or news item is linked to them. Individual tracks 1 company, Team 3 and Enterprise 10.
How many users does each plan include?
Individual is for one user. Team covers up to 5 users. Enterprise covers unlimited users across your organization.
