SINEXCEL (300693.SZ) confirmed on Oct. 13, 2026 that the final batch of its StellaON 1250K power conversion systems has left the factory, completing the full PCS order for RelyEZ Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd.'s 100 MW/400 MWh battery energy storage project in the Atacama region of Chile.
With equipment now en route, attention turns to installation, commissioning, and grid connection at the site, which will operate as a four-hour storage configuration charging during lower-demand periods and discharging at peak times to support grid flexibility and project returns.
The company said that large-scale overseas projects demand tight alignment between production, inspection, and shipment schedules and the pace of on-site construction. By completing the entire PCS order on schedule, SINEXCEL stated that RelyEZ Energy can protect the timetable for transport, installation, commissioning, and eventual grid connection. For a project of this scale, the company noted that a delay in even a single batch can narrow the construction window, and coordinated delivery reduces uncertainty while helping local teams plan subsequent stages.
The Atacama presents a demanding operating environment for energy equipment, with conditions that can include high temperatures, dust, and sand. SINEXCEL said the StellaON 1250K PCS was built for such conditions, citing a maximum efficiency of 99 percent and a rated-power efficiency of 98.5 percent. The unit supports operation from -40°C to 60°C, maintains full power output at 55°C, and carries an IP65 protection rating.
According to the company, holding rated output in high temperatures can reduce power derating and the need for additional capacity, while higher conversion efficiency limits energy losses across repeated charge-discharge cycles, factors it says support stable operation and long-term returns.
Following shipment, the Chilean project will move into on-site installation and commissioning. SINEXCEL maintains a dedicated after-sales team in Latin America along with seven service centres across the Americas, and said technical requests can receive a response within 30 minutes, backed by round-the-clock support and a seven-day spare-parts guarantee.
The company reports more than 17 GW of energy storage capacity deployed across over 5,000 projects, with a network of more than 600 partners spanning 60-plus countries and regions. It said it will continue expanding local operations across Latin America, offering customers support throughout the project lifecycle.
Founded in 2007, SINEXCEL describes itself as a pioneer in energy storage, EV charging, and power quality solutions. In addition to its 17 GW of installed storage, the company reports 200,000 EV DC chargers and nearly 20 million amperes of Active Harmonic Filters deployed.
